After the completion of CMS & ED course, candidates will be able to use Allopathic Drugs, which was approved by W.H.O for the RURAL areas after opening his/her Primary Health Care Centre (PHC Centre) in the RURAL areas of whole India. & Jobs at Govt. Hospital & private Hospital.

The Paramedical Counsil is the pioneering and only body in Indian is embracing highly qualified doctors, the RURAL doctors of all the disciplines, viz allopathy, Ayurveda, Homeopaths, Unani & others including Paramedics under one umbrella. This is an IRMA’s unique character and we are proud of it. This association is directly descended from Humanity association established by Late AjitMallick under the guidance of Mahatma Gandhi during British Raj in 1924. The numbers of trainees rise every day; it exceeds 47,500 in January 1998. (Highest in the World) The association is affiliated to world RURAL medical association based in Geneva, Switzerland. It conducts training under guideline policy of WHO, UNICEF and Government of India. The association has a sister organization in almost all the Asian, African Countries namely Nepal, Sri Lanka, Nigeria, Ghana, Vietnam etc. It has also collaborated on specific projects with Red Cross.

विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन की घोषणा के अनुसार प्रत्येक नर नारी हेतु अच्छे स्वास्थ्य की कामना ही मुख्य उददेश्य है यह घोषणा सन् 1978 मे की थी इसके अनुसार आयुर्वेदिक, होम्योपेथी, युनानी, बायोकेमिक, प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा जैसी चिकित्सा पद्वतियो के चिकित्सको को साधारण ऐलोपेथिक मेडिसिन का प्रषिक्षण देने हेतु कम्युनिटी मेडिकल सर्विस एंड एसेनशीयल ड्रग इन एलोपेथिक मेडिसिन मे 18 माह के कोर्स को प्रारभ किया है इस पाठयक्रम के अंतर्गत 6 माह तक साधारण ऐलोपेथिक मेडिसिन का प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करने का प्रावधान है आवश्यक औषधी पाठयक्रम पूरा होने पर परीक्षा मे उत्तीर्ण छात्रो को विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन द्वारा अनुमोदित 42 से अधिक मेडिसिन से प्रथमिक उपचार करने का अधिकार प्रदान किया जाता है |
